The Role
Loved my placement from start to finish - learned more than i could have ever imagined
Working in a team with the same responsibilities and roles as full time employees and made welcome from the start - one of the main reasons of enjoying my placement
Constant training and supervising throughout the year was great and helped me to complete my placement to the best of my ability
As the golf season does vary in demand with the weather as did my workflow and pipeline of clients however Golfbreaks always found me something to do to keep me busy.
As i worked along the same role as other full time employees i was given the same levels of responsibility as them handling clients and making the most gross profit possible for the company
My skills as a salesperson were developed massively throughout my time on placement and has given my a great basis to further develop my skills
The Company
With an open plan office space the atmosphere was always great
From the provisional training received throughout the year everything was excellent
With constant training throughout the year to develop my skills
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
International Travel
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
I would love to come back to continue my role within Golfbreaks
The Culture
From awards ceremony to social evenings there was always something going on
The cost was a lot higher than university however the payment package made up for this
Windsor surprised me with a good atmosphere and London only 40 mins away
With the local town there was other sports and activities to involve in
