I learned about PEST analysis technique and skill-based questions, which will help in my application process.
The Company
It was well organised. We knew the outline from the beginning.
It is fun and relaxing. Everyone took an active part in it. And Anjali is really friendly.

We had four current trainees introducing their day to day work in BDO and answering questions.
Firstly, the event's organiser is a member from HR department in London office, but staff in Bristol office showed full support for this event: this demonstrates mutual support and cooperation. Secondly, I can see the diversity from the different personalities and origins of BDO's employees. Some of them had a serious look and others were humorous. And One of them is from Malaysia.
It helped me to know more about the daily work involved in the role. Current trainees also raised some points which I have never thought about before. Thus, it really helped me to decide what job I would like to do.
