The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed the work placement and would highly recommend Knorr Bremse as a company to work for.
Overall I felt valued by my colleagues
To a large extent my manager was always helpful and provided more than sufficient guidance and support throughout the year as well as always eager to answers any questions or queries.
At the start of the placement I was not very busy but this is completely understandable as there was many processes I had to learn to perform certain functions.
Similar to the previous question, responsibility was a positive linear relationship at the start there wasn't much responsibility but at the end I was responsible for managing the material flow and production control for certain production cells.
The Company

The Culture
yeah fairly decent social scene tried to go out most weekends, most common location to go was Bath which had an average nightlife depending on perspectives.Best place to go was bristolo but was a fair bit of effort getting back.
I lived in Bath so the cost of living was pretty high for single room you are looking at £400 a month minimum of spare room website and single room from and agency easy £560 a month minimum. As well as this finding somewhere with parking available is a challenge. Would want to live any where else in the area though as it was walkable to the city center so made socializing easy.
