The Role
They gave me a lot of responsibility and a lot of important projects to work on.
All the work I completed was reviewed and we discussed what improvements, if any, there were to be made. I also had regular meetings with my people manager to discuss my progress
Whereas the first few days were quite quiet, once everyone in the office had become familiar with me I was never short of work to do.
Some of the tasks I were given were extremely important in contributing to projects the company worked on over my 6 weeks there.
The Company
Very vibrant
A slight criticism being that I wasn't sure exactly what area of the business I would be working in until my first day in the office.
Several days were set aside for training purposes.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
International Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
One of the best employers to take up a graduate job with.
The Culture
Regularly socialised in London
Expensive, but this is to be expected in central London.
Lots on offer.
