The Role
The internship has been invaluable in my personal development. The opportunities provided has allowed me to understand myself as an individual, but also develop a clear career path
My team have been instrumental in my development. Without them, i would not have had the opportunities experienced.
My team were constantly there to support and guide me throughout the year. They also entrusted me with my own independent work
This varied depending on the time of the year and the available opportunities handed down.
I have incorporated programs that are reshaping the future vision of SAP. This came down to the responsibilities given by my team and employee's interest in the intern community
Due to the opportunities provided, my career path has been developed within the company
The Company
The atmosphere was often sales focused, however this was not the case everywhere.
The internship was at times slightly unstructured and doesn't necessarily have a clear feedback process for continuously improving the program.
The company took a constant interest in my development.

Working from home
Currently the two major programs are Sales and Presales Academy. In order to attract more talent, there needs to be confirmation of a graduate position before joining. However, by making an impact in your team, the company will do everything they can to get your back into the company.
The Culture
As i selected an expensive area to live, I made the conscious decision to sacrifice extra income.
