The Role
Started with no previous work experience and had an invaluable year of learning and adding value to the team.
Our colleagues always valued us to the level they value a Finance Analyst and we were given the same level of responsibility as a Finance Analyst.
Very supportive line manager, senior manager, team lead and mentor. Supported me to achieve all my placement year goals including support to obtain the Yellow Belt Certification on Process Improvement.
A finance job always entails certain busy periods and relaxed periods. During busy periods it was a lot of hard work, however during relatively less busy periods I worked on my personal development such as involving my self in projects.
Almost as a Finance Analyst.
My MS Excel skills improved to an unimaginable level. Learn the use of SAP, Essbase and many other systems. SAP usage would help me in my final year SAP module.
The Company
Very energizing team and there are many social activities throughout the year.
Very well organized.
