The Role
It was a challenging and worthwhile experience. I would recommend to anyone who has the drive to seize all the opportunities on offer.
On my own project work that i has ownsership of I was valued but when I was supporting project it felt like I was just utlised for the work no one wanted to do.
I was give excellent guidance and support from my manager.
The first few Mmontgs could be a bit boring but afterwards I was as busy as the amount of work i went after.
On projects I had ownership I had a lot of responsibility but in supporting projects it varied from minimal to adequate.
I have not started my next year of university but I believe the skills learnt will help me achieve in my final year especially on my design project.
The Company
There was a good healthy atmosphere in the office. Lots of people made the effort to make me feel welcome.
Some cases it was very organised but in others it felt minimal. It was dependent on who was in charge.
There was a very impressive amount of monetrary and human resource invested although sometimes the resource was given in an inefficient manner.

I have applied for the companies graduate Programm starting 2019.
The Culture
There was a great relationship between the placement students, we organised a lot of social events.
The area was expensive as it was near London, so the low pay of the placement didnt go as far.
The area I worked had very minimal social life but London was a short train journey away.
The opportunities were not offered by the company but the area had opportunities.
