The Role
My supervisor demonstrated her appreciation by awarding me with global recognition cards as well as complimenting me in meetings
My supervisor gave guidance when I asked for it, but also allowed for me to explore opportunities on my own.
There were some days when I was incredibly busy and others when there was not always enough work for me, but most of the time it was a good balance on the wok load
I was allowed to be in charge of a portion of our project
It allowed for me to expand my skill set and knowledge further
The Company
I have been allowed to gain knowledge on different analytical techniques, which has really help set me up for the future
Flexi Time
Working from home
I have already been offered an extension of my contract
The Culture
Fellow colleagues have been really supportive and engaged in many external events
Being nearer London always increases the prices, but for how easy it is to get into London, it’s not bad
There wasn’t particularly a nightlife scene, it had to be searched out
My department did a lot of things to build up the resilience of the teams
