  • I was given lots of support, having weekly catch-ups with my team and manager

  • You became busy according to the amount of work you took on and how many projects were still running

  • I was given lots of responsibility, often overseeing projects from start to finish and leading development

  • The general atmosphere was good, with a good mix of people of different ages and interacting with others was easy due to the smart working nature of the office

  • Social scene was good with weekly football and social event by the department every year for the summer and Christmas
