The Role
Good placement with a wide range of projects. didnt just complete process tasks
Colleagues closer to me i feel valued my input, colleagues that didnt have much of a link to my work did not.
Mentor supported me at all times, without just 'micromanaging' me all the time
had something to complete majority of the time
put in charge of projects although always had support of mentor
Skills developed with machine learning and how a business works, however not tha related to topics already covered by degree course
The Company
large office space with not much communication, however this was trying to be changed
very well, had no issues with this
completed a 'change management' course, and was also encouraged to watch online lectures on machine learning
Subsidised/Company Gym
Above 25 days holiday
i would definetly look for a job with the company, however would not soley look at them.
The Culture
very good, weekly get togethers and events such as football, go karting and paintball
very expensive as in Oxford
very good but expensive
yes as i was living from home, however i still think in general there is lots to do.
