  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I came in without expectations, this year has been more than a year long interview on my side, my time with Cummins has taken me on a journey, a journey that has given me more questions than I came in with.

    • My opinions were weighed and taken into consideration not as a placement but a member of the team.

    • My managers have always been there for me

    • It fluctuated, days I had a lot, days I had too much, days I had just enough and other days I had enough time to do some training online via the Cummins learning centre.

    • I was not just given work, I was given value adding work.

    • In a lot of ways I have been equipped with tools for the future and grown a bit in the way I think.

    • Every one has been super supportive and helped grow my voice

    • A lot, I had more trainings than I thought I would and they came in handy in the long run.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Every placement was happy to get to know each other

    • Am a once in while outdoor person so I cant really say.

    • Am more of an indoor sort of person, although from what I have been told, anywhere can be turned into the most fun place with the right people

    • Badminton - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - I have been able to develop a few skills
