The Role
The amount of responsibility I have been given and the opportunity to lead small projects but with colleagues across the globe. I have most enjoyed the opportunity work globally.
I have always felt confident to share ideas with colleagues and seek feedback. I feel colleagues are always willing to help and listen.
1:1 weekly meetings with my manager to help support and guide project, also shown an interest in my personal development.
Always something to be doing and have learnt time management.
High amount of responsibility, leading my own project with the right level of support when needed.
Valuable transferable skills have been developed, which I can apply to my studies and future employment. Such as team work, communication and emotional intelligence.
The Company
Chatting, friendly and professional.
Begging part lots of training, maybe too much training which was not relevant for my role but still interesting. Then projects when introduced at the right level while stull pushing me outside of my comfort zone.
My manager was extremely keen in this area and encouraged me take every opportunity.
Flexi Time
Working from home
The future leadership programme is extremely appealing.
The Culture
We didn’t get a chance to interact with other placement student in different function lines.
Rent was reasonable and close to London for socialising.
Train trip to Canterbury great bars and good shopping centre.
Gym facilities and sport clubs available.
