The Role
The work was varied and I had incredible opportunities to network both within the company and beyond. My manager trusted me with important pieces of work and I was able to attend meetings with external clients and top senior management.
Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Your opinion is valid and wanted.
Days, of course, varied; but on the whole I was incredibly busy and part of that came from networking with other staff members and always being available to help with tasks. I was therefore given responsibilities from different departments and my work was more varied
My work was directly reported into some of the senior managers of the company and has an impact on the actions of our employees.
In terms of independence, networking, business acumen and general sector knowledge this internship has been invaluable in allowing me to explore and learn about different career routes.
The Company
Everyone is genuinely happy to be at work and the environment is very collaborative. People are always chatting, working hard and saying hello.
I was given responsibility from the start and the ability to expand my skills and experience other companies/experiences.

The Culture
Lunches and dinners with employees was not a rarity and particularly amongst other interns there were weekly events organized between ourselves.
There were always social events, as well as charity days and Pride events which the company were organizing groups to go to.
