The Role
You are never bored working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car! It is a challenging job but if you put your mind to it you can achieve a lot and enjoy working with some wonderful people.
The people at Enterprise are one of the best things about the job. Always willing to help you if you need it and make you feel appreciated
Continuously supported and trained, always feel comfortable with the tasks you've been set. Sometimes the branches can be busy that training is delayed slightly but it will always occur sooner or later! But there is also a training schedule in place which is followed precisely.
Very busy. breaks were always given but around that you always have something to do.
From day 1 you are allowed to make decisions that influence the performance of the branch and to an extent no questions are asked giving you great job satisfaction.
To a great extent! Organisation and multi tasking skills developed over my placement will definitely help me finish off my degree and graduate with a good result.
The Company
Atmosphere was always great. as much as the office was busy there was always time for a joke and to get to know your colleagues. After work drinks also were a regular thing helping to establish and maintain these relationships
The placement was so well structured with clear progression steps and targets that were achievable if you put your mind to it! Regular training allowed me to grow as a person and feel confident within my role and successfully carry out my tasks.
I could email anybody within the company who I'd never even met before and they'd be on the phone in a heartbeat to explain things to me that were to do with their department. Great thing about Enterprise is everybody started in the same place so are very understanding and willing to offer their time to you.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Graduates that started when I started my placement have already become Assistant Managers within their branches with the prospect of becoming Branch Managers within another year. I have never herd of people progressing as quickly as at Enterprise. I myself am in a position to be promoted the moment I leave Uni to an assistant manager
The Culture
After work drinks occurred quite often with multiple branches getting together and heading into town, from branch managers all the way down the placement students
Lived at home
On the same road as many different Bars.
Central emailing allowed for many events to be setup and attended by Enterprise employees. So many charity events to get involved with and attending festivals such as Pride
