About You
Extremely insightful, I was able to meet individuals from all streams offered by BDO and gain a deeper understanding of what each role entailed.
The employees at BDO were very nice and helpful. The advisory panel stayed with us during lunch to discuss anything we wanted. Which I found extreme usefully as it allowed individual whom may have been shy to ask questions to do so in a less pressured environment.

The insight broke down each stage of BDP application process and gave tips and how to be successful at each stage. As a group we were given an opportunity to practise our presentation and interview skills
The Company
Well structured, introduction, stream presentation with Q and A, presentations, application process and interview skill.
Friendly and calm atmosphere not only were the BDO employees friendly. All other individuals also on the insight day were very easy to talk and I aim to keep in contact with many of them

All stream panels gave a detailed account of their a day in their lives. The amount of work a new graduate or school leaver would encounter. Employees also explained the transition an individual is required to make from university to a full time job at BDO
Friendly, kind environment was the theme the ever employee said to us. During the insight day, this was very relevant.
Extremely, it was very insight due to the level of detail offer by BDO employees. I have been to many insight days and this was definitely a cut above the rest in terms depth of information.
Everything Else
During lunch a few employees stayed after their presentation to have a disscusion with us on what every topics we wanted. I feel if they had business card it would have been easier to contact them but beside this small blip, still a great opportunity to speak to employees of BDO.

Social events are crucial to the cohension of the various teams within the different business streams. We learnt about group lunches and dinners. After work drinks, various parties throughout the years and a host of sports teams available to join. What stood out of me was the BDO National 5-side football tournament held in Manchester, all paid for by the company.
100% a fantastic way to learn about BDO and what they have to offer.
