The Role
It's been a challenging and insightful experience. Exactly what I was looking for.
100%.
The mentoring in BofAML is very strong. You always know who to reach out to, and even if you don't do it proactively, someone will check on you from time to time to make sure everything is progressing according to plan.
Very, in a good way. Always having something new to go over or challenge yourself with.
I was supervising Summer Analyst work and working directly with Senior Bankers. The exposure was way above my expectations. I think that empowerment is one of the things I valued the most of my experience in BofAML.
100%. My modelling, finance, and profiling skills got strengthened. But also my soft skills, communication, leadership, negotiation. I found opportunities to develop in every aspect of what an MBA is supposed to be.
The Company
Challenging, smart, fun. Cannot think of a better place to be.
Very well.
They were completely invested into this. Everyone was approachable. The mentioned recruiting is a priority here, and they made that statement alive every single day.

Fun but limited.
