The Role
Really enjoyed great exposure to markets
Colleagues were great but hard to feel "valued" in a markets role as cant really trade or talk to clients
Given really good support but it takes a lot of initiative to go out and get work
Very busy but wanted to make the most out of it
Are not given responsibility as an intern on a trading desk but that's because of the industry not the firm.
