About You
Really good, provided a lot of information about the potential jobs on offer as well as helping with applications and helping to develop commercial awareness. The chance to chat to current trainees was a highlight.
I'm not sure that being valued is necessarily something I was looking for from the insight day but I certainly felt welcome and left very much of the opinion that I would apply for a training contract.
This is what the day was all about for me and it certainly delivered - left feeling a lot more informed about the prospects on offer.
Learning about PEST analysis was certainly useful but was a relatively small part of the day (and rightly so in my opinion).
The Company
Was very professional and well structured - the host was a very good presenter and she made us all feel very welcome even if the icebreaker: "what would your first album be called" was very difficult.
It was friendly and informative.
A very good insight was provided especially into areas I hadn't even considered previously like BDO drive which looks very interesting.
Again, this was done very well - the current trainees helped with this a lot.
Everything Else
No reimbursement but perfectly justifiably in my opinion.
Yes there were, but only really with the current trainees, none of the other people who presented stuck around after they'd finished.
Absolutely, my experience was very positive.
