The Role
I had high expectations before the internship, but I can honestly say that my experience have far exceeded the expectations. A great learning environment, a great culture and great colleagues have contributed to this.
One of the aspects that have made me appreciate my time here with respect to my colleagues boils down to two main aspects. Firstly, everyone, no matter what level of seniority, are willing to take time out of their day to speak with me. Secondly, my colleagues are willing to give me important tasks, which makes the learning experience much more profound.
All interns were allocated contact persons with different seniority, which is a good system. Of course, if your contact persons are very busy you might interact less with them, which is a minor flaw.
Overall a very good level of workload. Of course, some days you were very busy whilst it has been less intense on other days, but that seems fairly typical for the industry in general.
As stated above, my colleagues were willing to give me important tasks, which makes the learning experience much more profound.
Overall, I believe these 10 weeks have been the best in my life with respects to professional development, so hopefully I will be able to apply it in other environments as well.
The Company
A very good work culture and it is apparent this is something that the employees truly value and nurture.
It shows that the internship has been running for a couple of decades since it has been extremely organised since day one.
Taking their time to meet with me, get me involved in different projects and showing awareness of my wellbeing.

Extremely appealing and if I get the opportunity I definitely intend to come back!
The Culture
Everyone gets along really well and we frequently spend time with each other outside of office hours.
Working in London, obviously the cost of living is extremely high compared to a national / regional / global average. However, I think the social life London has to offer compensate for this.
With London being a truly global city, the nightlife doesn't disappoint.
There were definitely opportunities. However, I think that these could have been better advertised.
