    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • There is an open environment system here where both senior and junior employees are willing to help interns. Most employees are happy to tell me what they do on a daily basis and give me career guidance about how I can succeed in the industry. This, I believe, is the most memorable thing for me as It has opened my eyes to the full breadth of many aspects of the bank.

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • I woke up in the morning to go to work with a positive mind-set every day because my teammates were incredible. It was very interesting to talk about the market every morning as interesting political and economic headlines come up. The atmosphere in the office was a friendly one as interns are not scared to approach people at any time.
