The Role
EY is very much a company where your experience is what you make it. So if you put effort in, you do have a good experience.
Even in stressful periods, there is a great people culture
They were always on hand to give thorough feedback
You are treated as if you are a graduate, so the exposure is really good
Professional skills such as networking and also technical skills in Excel are definitely honed
The Company
People are always on hand and free to chat over coffee
Well structured induction and support mechanism
No expense was spared

Hopefully will secure a graduate offer
The Culture
Some people seemed too tired at times, but a good core were committed to socialising
Expensive in surrounding areas, but if subsidised you can’t complain
Always something on offer in central London
Mandatory CSR days were good to get the ball rolling
