The Role
I loved the internship experience as it gave me a great opportunity to develop my skill set and gain valuable insights into the world of Banking
The team was a great motivation throughout the internship period. They were encouraging and friendly, making the experience a memorable one.
The management and supervisors were key to my successful internship. They were supportive and helpful throughout the internship. They gave me useful insights into various aspects of my job.
I was given sufficient work to be busy each day. I was assigned productive work that helped me learn more.
I was included in diverse projects which gave me the opportunity to enhance my skills and gain deeper understanding of the role of an Analysts in the Bank.
The internship honed my technical, financial, time management and team working skills which will hold me in good stead in my career. It also equipped me with broader understanding of the financial markets which help me in my undergraduate degree and banking career ahead.
The Company
The environment was very lively and upbeat, keeping all employees charged up. It was a perfect balance of work and fun which made it an enjoyable experience.
The internship was very well organized with all interns receiving their packs with the required information. We had access to the required drives and packages. The training sessions were very well coordinated, enabling a smooth transfer to the work desk.
In addition to a week of training which included sessions on Bloomberg, FactSet, Excel, Accounting valuations, there were various events that contributed to overall development of interns. I had division training sessions which gave me deeper understanding of the different financial products offered to clients by the division. Moreover, there were numerous networking events which enable me to build strong relationships within the Bank.

There was a large absorption rate at the Bank.
The Culture
There were events to interact and unwind with fellow interns at various occasions. In addition there were opportunities to interact with interns from other Banks through intern-Bank events.
The area was good place to stay in and not very expensive. It was comfortable.
There wasn't too much night life as it was a financial area. There were a few bars around the corner.
There were various events that were organized to participate in extra-curricular activities, enabling us to create network of contacts while being able to unwind from work.
