The Role
People are genuinely lovely and approachable
Everyone is whiling to teach and help you, without looking at you like an inferior.
Whenever needed
It was fluctuating some days really busy others not so busy
Given a lot of responsibility, from handling sensitive information to undertaking tasks for senior members of the team
Will assist me greatly, the level of EXCEL skills I learnt is invaluable
The Company
Calm and friendly
Very well, from speaker sessions to HR learning sharing meetings
A fairly good amount
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Very appealing
The Culture
YES
It was expected given the location of the bank in the heart of London's financial district
Decent
Plenty of opportunities that were mainly intern led. If HR were to run them attendance would be better, hence better events.
