The Role
The work was very enjoyable and engaging, although occasionally there was a lack of things to do
All colleagues were very supportive and appreciated having me around.
Three counselling meetings over the course of the placement ensured I always had a point of contact and was never at a loss for what to do.
When work was available, it was the perfect amount, but on occasion there was very little to do
I was in charge of taking on clients and preparing reports for the government- this gave me a real sense of responsibility
My business acumen and personal knowledge of the financial world has increased threefold.
The Company
Chats between colleagues were frequent and fun, the team worked really well as a whole and ensured that I felt included.
My time in my local office was organised to a fault- the general HR organisation had more problems.
I felt like I was being trialled for the graduate program and the firm really had an investment in me.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Would love to work with this company again and I hopefully will
The Culture
The events organised by HR were good and we also met up for lunch frequently.
It’s London. Nothing is cheap.
It’s London. All nightlife is good.
Football tournaments and monthly pub trips ensured we grew close to our teams.
