The Role
Excellent experience.
Slow start - not much work allocated in first two weeks. After that, good.
3 meetings with them through the 8 weeks.
Variable. Some days busy and would have to reject some work, other days would have nothing to do.
Did all the tasks that a graduate would do.
Won't directly aid my degree. But if I was doing group projects it would have been valuable
The Company
Good. Drinks every Friday and social events. Always people to chat to over lunch.
Good. Could improve the first week, some training could have come earlier.
National Travel
Got a job.
The Culture
Drinks every Friday and social events. Office events paid for.
Stayed in student house. Pubs and bars were expensive in comparison to student places, but reasonable for the business area.
Manchester.
Social football but nothing else really.
