The Role
Thoroughly enjoyable work and an amazing environment to be in. Very welcoming and an amazing team that made it all the more enjoyable.
All of the teams I spent my time with felt like I added value where necessary.
My line Manager made contact with me most days making sure I had things on and was busy. He gave me lots of advice during and for the future.
Busy enough to keep the days full but not overly busy.
Being give a lot of responsibility and encouraged to take things on. This included making marketing Brouchers, helping with pitches and reports.
Very helpful with many skills developed which will help both in my last year of studies but also going into the working environment
The Company
Good atmosphere across the 2 offices which make the overall experience a lot of fun. The team itself was very sociable and got me involved.
Well organised with lots of events on, with events every week.
We had training days specific training on Presontations and client programe.
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Very positive, waiting to find out about offers and fast tracking but it was talked about and line manager has put me forward to early offers.
The Culture
Spent lunch time and after work hours with fellow Interns and Grads
Expensive to socialise in London and was commuting from Reading so not cheap.
Good pubs and Clubs within the area and good restaurants to.
Due to timing of the internship not lots of these events going on but there were events we could sign up and go along to.
