    • Plenty of opportunities to meet and speak with senior people from different departments.

    • Have daily/weekly regular catch up with line manager, who is very approachable and supportive.

    • It depends... can finish work within the working hours. But if would like to meet people or learn some extra knowledge, need more time. But generally speaking, everyone has a good work-life balance.

    • Take 80% responsibility and was encouraged to take full charge of the project.
