The Role
The work culture and environment was very conducive for learning and growth and everyone was friendly and willing to help.
Ideas and suggestions made were readily considered in making decisions and I was encouraged to speak up and contribute whenever I wanted.
I had periodic meetings with my manager and mentor to discuss my goals, my progress in achieving them and how to improve developmental areas.
My day was usually filled with completing running tasks and also getting the chance to meet employees from different teams to learn from them.
I was given the chance to own some projects and come up with original ideas
This internship has prepared me for any future job role as I received hands-on experience on the projects I worked on which developed my skills
The Company
