The Role
Great learning and work experience. We had a number of intern insight sessions across all businesses of the firm. Everyone was willing to meet me for coffee and answer my questions (I had almost no prior knowledge starting the internship and I feel like I learned a lot!). Social life was good, good work life balance. The other interns are very nice as well.
Everyone on my team was super nice and friendly. They were all willing to take time out of my day to talk to me and help me with my work and answer my questions. We got along well.
My supervisor was really helpful in giving me an overview of the team and helping me with my tasks.
Good balance of being busy and having enough time to meet with others around the firm for coffee chats.
I felt like by the second week of my internship I was already given real responsibility and could see what I would be doing on a daily basis if I were working here full time.
A bit relevant for my degree
The Company
Everyone is super friendly and helpful.
I believe HR did a good job integrating the interns in the firm, by giving us buddies on the graduate team, with intern insight sessions, and organizing social events after work.
M&G really cares about entry level employees.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
The interns got along really well.
London is an expensive area to live in
Good nightlife, but London is expensive
I got involved in a coding course (learning Python) after work.
