The Role
Really interesting and well organised.
Everyone was really supportive and welcoming. They gave up time to explain technical terms and help me.
Had a large support system in the team I was put on. My mentor was also really helpful and the project lead was really supportive in helping me work out where to pitch my questions.
I was definitely busy but they were careful to regularly check my workload so I wasn't overloaded with work. It was good to be busy as I felt I was adding value and being helpful. It also helped me learn a lot.
I was given a good level of responsibility which increased gradually through the internship. There was always someone to ask questions to but I also had my own independent work.
Leant lots of skills about working in an office and how to manage your time. It was really beneficial for my confidence as I learnt a lot.
The Company
Everyone was very friendly, kind and willing to give up their time to explain difficult terms or the products we offered.
Really well organised. They organised days of talks which were really interesting and made sure that both our line managers understood that we were here to work and learn. They set objectives which were useful for our development and were really friendly and approachable.
They organised training days for us and paid for our travel to these events.

Hoping to get a graduate scheme for next year as it looks interesting and I think it will help my personal development.
The Culture
Everyone was really social and friendly which helped when joining a new team.
As it was in London, it was fairly expensive.
London has good nightlife.
There are many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work, for example organising events for charity.
