The Role
throughout the year i did enjoy my placement however i felt somepoints were very unsrtucutred especially at the start
I was included by my colleagues and not treated differently as an undergraduate
there is always support available and everyone is so willing to lend a hand if you ask for it.
it differed from day to day howeveer overall i had my own tasks and responisibility
as my confidence grew i was given great responsibility and towards the end was independant of my own set of products and tasks
i have recieved great training and it is available for all who wish to take part. there was training that was business specific as well basic skill such as powerpoint and office training fori productivity
The Company
a very positive office with a great sence of community and teamwork
although the placement scheme didnt feel organised it did allow me to get a true expereince as a pfizer colleague experiencing the highs and the lows and being a true team member reacting to change and being expected to do so proactivly
i went out of my way to develop myself on placement which pfizer made very easy. loads of training provided as well as volenteering opportunity
