The Role
I really enjoyed my 10 week internship. It was a holistic experience and I was able to learn more about Talent Marketing as well as build my network!
I was able to be of help to my colleagues whenever they needed help with a particular project which made me feel quite valuable.
I was given substantial support by my supervisor as she always clarified issues I was unsure of and guided me on the right path.
In addition to my assigned projects for the duration of the internship, there were instances where I had to help my team with other ad-hoc responsibilities. I was quite busy!
I was given quite a substantial amount of responsibility as my team relied on me to complete certain tasks in order to move forward with a particular project.
I studied Business Administration and developed an interest in Marketing. My time with the Talent Marketing team helped develop my creativity as well as giving me a proper understanding of what it takes to market jobs to prospective applicants.
The Company
Everyone in the office was very friendly and always willing to help!
The internship was set-up very well. In addition to work, we also had a good balance of training sessions and networking events.
I was given the opportunity to visit the bank's other office in Chester to undergo some training. We also had quite a number of training sessions. I would say BofAML really invested in me.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
There are lots of opportunities for graduates at the bank.
The Culture
There were quite a number of interesting networking events for the interns.
It was not too expensive.
There was not much of a nightlife.
