About You
I found it very enjoyable and helpful where I had the opportunity to ask any questions on my mind. Their advice will stay with me. It was very interesting to hear about the streams in detail and give me an idea of which is best suited to me.
They informed me of all the job openings and were understanding of all our situations. I appreciate all their advice.
Everyone there was open to any questions and also stayed for lunchtime to network. There was a guide to the assessment process which was helpful.
Anjali gave great advice, she was very honest and was able to cover each part of the application process. She was able to answer all of my questions.
The Company
They managed to squeeze all information they could into the day. Possibly could have had lunch earlier the day and have some speeches after and some before lunch. This breaks it up and the chance to think of more questions, rather than doing everything first then lunch and then 45 mins at the end.
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
They showed enthusiasm for us to succeed and covered everything I could ask for. They say could have been longer where we could see people working or walk around the offices.
They mentioned hours, lifestyle, social life and daily tasks.
They gave me the impression that the company had a family feel.
The advice is applicable to any company’s application process. The detailed PowerPoints of the role have been sent to us too so that we can look into more detail which career is best for us.
Everything Else
People could have been reimbursed as I met people coming from London, especially as the insight was only 5 hours, this would have been better.
They all gave out emails and LinkedIn profiles throughout the day.
They were open to all questions.
They made sure to include this in their presentations. They also promoted their Facebook and Instagram pages.
Definitely, no matter which university degree you have done.
