The Role
The work placement was great and provided the opportunity for development and the ability to work with multiple teams across the bank.
My team were friendly from the get go and it was easy for me to seek help when I needed it.
My manager was great and supportive from the beginning right to the end if the internship.
It was busy in the beginning of the week and the office became much more relaxed during the end of the week.
I was given responsibility when dealing with support work, attending client meetings and given the opportunity to join some very important calls.
The skills developed are more soft, whether it is confidence building or the ability to engage with clients and individuals. The internship has allowed me t develop my ability to work with customers and engage with colleagues.
The Company
It was calm and very relaxed
There was a development journey which planned out the fortnightly activity for interns.
There is a great referral process which makes internal hiring much easier!
