The Role
Very good working environment, friendly and supportive colleagues, and interesting tasks
Very supportive colleagues and encourage us to think critically on our own as well as providing us with necessary guidance
Seniors and mentors are all accessible and gave me guidance not only on work but also on life
Most of the times fairly good balance, but sometimes are much more busy (but this is the nature of the work)
Fair responsibilities that are achievable but slightly challenging to make us try harder
Gained hands on experience over the things I learned at school
The Company
Very friendly and positive, and encourage questions and reward merits
Very organized and clear allocation of responsibility. Know exactly who to find for what question
The company provides not only good staffing opportunities for us, but also many learning sessions focusing on other lines of business, self growth and others
The Culture
Good work life balance choices in the area
There are company-wide events and activities that the company encourages us to attend
