The Role
An incredible summer If you are looking for a summer internship in IBD, I highly recommend BAML! People are great, you learn a lot, many benefits, you have the possibility to work with different teams, it is fantastic!
Extremely valued! Everyone takes the time to introduce themselves, to give you work, to tell what they expect, to give you feedback Even MDs can get find some time for you if you are really interested in the team
Loads of guidance All the work is checked by an associate, who himself is checked by a vp and so on they take the time to explain in detail what they want and then will give you feedback
It depends on the days Some days super busy, not a second to breathe, sometime more relax
Much more than I would expected for an internship! feel like my work was valued and I contributed to the team
The training was excellent, really prepared to the job Developed loads of skills from soft (how to behave in a big corporation, to communication) to technical
