The Role
I enjoyed this great learning experience much. I was constantly encouraged to give off my best self, build a network and leverage it, continuously challenge myself out of my comfort zone. I found the environment to be supportive and collaborative and everyone was looking out for my best interest to ensure I succeed and always received feedback that is always useful to get things done better in the future.
I was treated very much like VIP in every regard. My opinions were considered valuable and I was encouraged to let my thoughts out always.
Managers and other Senior leaders were very approachable and there was the opportunity to learn from them always via roundtables and one on one meetings. They showed no hesitation in sharing their knowledge and experiences.
I kept busy through my internship with my wide range of projects and tasks balanced with catch up sessions as well as meetings.
Getting real projects to work on was a big leap from my previous experiences. Having presentations to work on regular basis made me take on more responsibility.
I am a University graduate and this experience will help me enter into a graduate job with the right experiences, exposure and confidence to take my career by the horns.
The Company
I found the environment energetic, supportive and motivating. The employees have a high drive that helps them to keep the environment collaborative.
I found it was quite organized, with systems such as the Buddy Mentor System.
I would say the firm invested quite much through providing a support system that ensured continuous growth through feedback sessions, learning sessions that provide general knowledge.
