The Role
It was a perfect place to work for a first time in my life. The culture is very friendly, I really liked my team and how was treated by others. I really respect and got fascinated by my manager.
I felt really valued. Colleagues were really interested in my personality and it really made me to love my workplace.
My manager is a perfect person! His guidance was the best, he tried to help me a lot, also, has given me a very nice bunch of advices for my career growth.
Sometimes I was really busy, sometimes not. It depended on the urgency of the project I was doing and also depended on the other tasks given during the internship.
In my first two weeks I was given to the very interesting and serious tasks. My team always encouraged me, so I was super motivated to do more. I didn't know how to deal with the bunch of things, however, I didn't hesitate to ask for a help. Thus, it helped me to learn a lot.
Training was good, however, key skills I earned during the work itself.
The Company
The vibe was perfect. Having music on and on special occasions having some food brought by colleagues made the office suitable place to work.
For me it was well organised, however, hearing others' experience some troubles of course took place.
I have attended all these trainings, however, for me they didn't influence considerably. I think things told on the trainings were some kind of common sense for me.
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
It is very appealing, hope to get the graduate scheme offer.
The Culture
I am a Londoner, so for me it didn't make a difference
