The Role
It was a very enjoyable and insightful experience which included finding out a lot about myself and what I’d want to do in the future.
I was given a lot of responsibility from the get go and was asked of my opinion regularly which made me feel part of the team. There were times where I was twiddling my thumbs a bit but overall it was great.
Some days were busier than others but for the most part I had a lot of my own work to get on with.
A lot as mentioned above! I was able to conduct client calls and viewings on my own within the second week!
Unfortunately this isn’t quite the part of real Estate is like to get into but it was very helpful all the same.
The Company
Very nice, friendly, full of jokes. Everyone is very considerate and loves to get people involved. Whether it’s quizzes, cake or going out for lunch.
Apart from a few events set up by HR, the rest was up to us really. They made a big point of going on coffee dates with other members of staff in different teams.
