The Role
The employee's at Disney are very welcoming and I met some great professionals
Rather than assisting other roles, I had my own role in which colleagues and staff valued my help
My manager was brilliant, any queries or assistance that I needed she was there to help with no problem
I could of stayed in the office till 10pm every night but we have to balance ourselves between play and work!
I was given a lot of responsibility, more so than I ever expected.
They were related quite a lot, the role could have involved more creativity but I can't complain!
The Company
Atmosphere was great fun, open plan office with employee's always smiling
As I was one of hundreds of interns at Disney the process was very well organised and seamless
They invested a lot of time into me, I was allowed to attend professional presentations with leaders in the market.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
They do not employ interns straight after there placement, but interns stand a good chance when applying for a role
The Culture
With 30 other interns in my office alone we had a solid group of friends/colleagues
I lived at home so living was cheap where as travel was more expensive. Nights out are pricey as your in London
Whenever we went for a night out it was brilliant fun, but we didn't go out to much therefore it was not overwhelming
We were able to get involved with football and netball in our lunch breaks
