The Role
It's a great experience in general as I have learned so much about the industry and different teams over the internship
The colleagues in general appreciate what I do and I will be recognised if I have done a great job.
Off cycle internship is however not as well managed as the summer internship program - but I still feel great support throughout the internship.
I am generally very busy, depends on the projects / dates as well.
In the beginning when people don't know you well they tend to give you less responsibility but as they know you better and know you are capable of doing certain tasks, more responsibilities will be given.
