The Role
My feedback is very positive. I am enthusiastic about this internship because I feel to have grown up both personally and professionally. I met amazing people, talented and passionate, happy to sit down with me and share their job and answer my questions.
I found real colleagues because I felt involved in daily basis activities from day 1 and this meant a lot to me because one of my intentions when I joined the programme was to understand whether banking was for me.
They really helped me clarify my doubts by involving myself in the work load and giving me responsibility. Every time I was given a task they explained it well but they also were available for further questions. I properly noticed they cared about my developing.
Very busy but in a good way. Thanks to the set of objectives to accomplish and the daily basis activities I was involved in, I was always busy and time definitely flew fast. I found very dynamics and interactive teams> Every time new need for the team came out.
I felt to be given responsibility from day 1. This is was the most appreciated aspect because I never felt just an intern. I really appreciated that some of my piece of works were externally delivered.
I started this internship with a weak background. Thanks to both the training the received and the skills I developed by working I feel to have learnt a lot of new stuff and I am entirely sure to go back to Uni to complete my final year with more capabilities.
The Company
The atmosphere was very supportive. MUFG believe in people, believe in them as human beings and also for this reason my internship went over my expectations. I found inspirational people, very enthusiastic of their job and driven, with strong work initiative.
The programme was very well-structured, well thought for people that have to understand where to move next. It was a good mix of theory and practice to cover theoretical gaps and improve personal skills.
The company invested a lot in us interns. They are definitely betting on us and building our career to be part of the company. They act without reserve. I can feel that from the initial moment they chose us they started investing us because they consider us talented resources for the company.
