The Role
Managers were always more than happy to answer any questions and explain any concepts.
Had a good balance of work, which was a mix between long running projects and also daily jobs and tasks to complete.
I was involved in a variety of meetings and processes.
Some of the skills I learnt are essential for any future jobs and work, such as presentation and interview skills, and other skills were more tailored towards my specific rotations.
The Company
It depends on which department I was in, but in general everyone was very approachable and chatty, but still got lots of work done.
The firm put effort into constantly feeding back, and giving tasks to test how much I had picked up from each rotation.
The organisation will take on certain interns who they think performed well, and who got good feedback from the people they worked with and met.
The Culture
All the other interns were very nice and we organised things most weeks.
