The Role
I really enjoyed it. The culture is very good. The people here are super nice and very willing to give some time to interns even they are busy. I really enjoyed the work I do and the learning curve is quite steep during 10 weeks, which is what I really loved.
My intern class is very nice and willing to help each other. All team members on the desk are super nice to teach us various knowledge
Very much and well supported We have our own mentor and desk buddy
It depends on which desk we are on. Most of desks are quite busy and we have learned a lot while we are never overloaded.
We have our own project to work on which potentially could add some values to the team.
What I have learned is very helpful for my further study and super useful for my future career.
The Company
Very nice and people are willing to talk to interns, even senior people.
very good. good start with a lot of trainings and information sessions, followed by working on 2 specific desks of your choice and a lot of networking events.
BAML has invested a lot in interns. We have had a lot of trainings and personal soft skills development sessions.
Company Parties/Events
Quite positive.

Yes, there are a lot of clubs with the company and it also encourages us to do volunteering. We were also involved in an ESG Challenge.
