The Role
I have really enjoyed the internship. Every day has been challenging and we have been given a range of tasks to do. Tasks varied in importance and it felt like I have been considered a valuable member of the team. Colleagues were always willing to answer questions during the learning process.
I felt that my colleagues were always willing to answer questions and would always give us challenging work to do. Some of the work was of high importance which mad me feel like a valuable member of the team. Colleagues were persistent and patient in helping us learn every day of the internship.
We were given various training sessions. Both my supervisor and manager were always willing to answer questions and were very approachable.
Generally I was very busy, although some days were busier than others. There was always work to be passed on whenever I was short on work.
I felt that we were given a lot of responsibility and were given roles in important work that had deadlines.
It will help me in terms of managing my time and balancing my work. I have found that time management and prioritising tasks have been extremely important.
