The Role
Very enjoyable
Colleagues are supportive, friendly and down-to-earth.
Fantastic manager and friendly senior leaders.
Working hours are very good, I felt comfortable about taking breaks when I need to.
It was a good balance between doing work, learning and exploring the culture. Definitely found that I learnt much more than I contributed. A unique task was to run charity cake sales with other interns, which was fun and rewarding.
A range of skills got developed and improved including teamwork, communications, analytical, critical thinking and creativity; excellent learning-on-the-job experience which is ideal for non-finance students.
The Company
Relaxed and supportive most of the times
Training sessions and networking/team-building opportunities throughout; well-communicated tasks and instructions; excellent feedback on performance throughout.
From economics training to mindfulness activities, we feel well supported and valued. It's not all about working.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Generally confident but not certain about the exact outcome.
The Culture
We bonded well and supported each other. Getting to make good friends in a stressful and competitive scenario is something to cherish for sure.
London is expensive but it's great to work & live in.
Not a nightlife person but have good impressions.
From volunteer gardening to esports, a range of flexible opportunities.
