The Role
The internship programme was very well tailored from team specific objectives to individual and team building learning sessions. The programme helped understanding the business very well in the short amount of period interns get and allowed interns to have maximum exposure of various aspects of the business from services to culture.
They have brilliant culture which I liked the most. I have always felt being valued by all the staff at all times and I really respect their time and effort spent for assistance and guidance. I have learnt so many things by speaking to staff from various different teams and I was impressed by how much they have been willing to share their knowledge and build relationship with the new joiners.
I always have supervisors throughout my internship. I have sought support and answer from the recruitment team to my line manager and my mentor. My buddy has helped me settle in easily at the start of the internship and my mentor has always been supportive whenever I wanted their opinion or lesson something.
There has always been something you can participate in. I have enjoyed being able to do lots of different tasks and even if your days become very busy I have thoroughly enjoyed and I have never felt stressed about the works I have done. Being able to do various tasks and not same in one day to the other was a huge advantage and joy.
I have assisted various tasks from the members of my team. I have been assigned to do something worthwhile which always feeds into the work others have been doing. One of my project involved creating something which would last and be a living output from my internship that will be used and evolved by the existing team.
The skills I have learnt would definitely be helpful in my next imminent career. The training I have received has broaden my knowledge of the business and career profession which I am interested to go into. However, some skills are transferable and some would not be directly relevant to academic studies.
The Company
Most of the time many people are outgoing, relaxed and there has been always time to catch up with others you work with.
In general it has been very compact with useful session throughout. There has been, however, some delays in terms of communication or notice which could improve in the future.
One of many things I got out of this internship is how much investment the company put in to the new talent. They are committed and willing to maintain the new talent from their early careers in the business. I anticipate that my career development will be very well supported should I end up continue my career with the firm.

It is very promising and I have received positive feedback as an outcome of my internship. I was glad that the firm was happy with my performance and so was I with my experience. I would really want to get an offer to come back as a Graduate next year.
The Culture
The intern cohort was very well organised and we have supported one another very well. We worked well as a group and have successfully delivered team projects and activities together which provided a good response. We intend to keep in touch with everyone even after the internship and expect to see them again in the imminent future.
The office is located in the city centre while not too busy or too expensive.
Similarly since the office was located in the city centre and I have lived very nearby the Nightlife was buzzing and there has always been things going on every Friday night and the weekends. There were socials organised both from the company and between teams and interns to go out and socialise and this helped getting to know others quickly.
I can definitely say that the activities you can do outside of work are endless. There are various things available and you can join such as different networks. The company strives to deliver their excellence and service to beyond the boundary of the organisation and the opportunities you can take would also affect the community with positive impact.
