Intern Banker Review

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at working at Santander. I was able to see what it would be like to work out please like here on this was a little fantastic experience. I am finally privileged to have to go to Unity and at a young age where a lot is not understood about what I do actually involves.

I believe that I was treated with great respect as a student who was very passionate about banking. All the staff that I had encountered were very friendly and polite in their manner and willingness to help me understand more about banking. This is something I was very thankful for at this made a huge reflection on me.

Throughout my time at Santander I was given plenty of support right from the beginning till the end. They made sure that I was making the most out of my time and also that by the end of the placement had a great understanding of what kind of work they were doing. With all of this in mind they put a lot of effort into making the placement a very Unforgettable experience.

The senior banker who was responsible for looking after me make sure that one of the improvements I would be making would be to enhance my set of skills. He emphasised the importance of developing and diversity of skills as this can make a candidate very enticing when applying for jobs.

I felt that the holes inside program had a very good structure. On my very first day I was given a very detailed timetable about what I would be doing and encountering during my stay at the back. From this I was able to understand the seriousness and care put my team working here to make sure I was going to have a very good time.

The atmosphere active banking from was very hectic years and it was very fast paced. I could see that everyone was working very hard and very passionately. At the same time that the sort of workers were having a great time and just see that they were enjoying their work and just something that is very important to me.

The team for responsible for my stay put a great effort into making sure I was developing and enhancing my set of skills. This included the ability to present clearly, leading a set of team members as well as being able to adapt and work with others. This allowed me to understand the skills that were necessary to succeed in this field.

By the end of this insight programme I was so excited about working somewhere like here in the future. I was heavily impressed by the workers here especially their attitude towards their work and also the environment they were working in really stood out to me. I am very thankful for getting this opportunity as it allowed me to see first hand the work in a bank.

I was able to understand the values and expectations that were desired in the workers at this firm. This included hard work but importantly they made they ensured everyone working here was having a great time and importantly enjoying their work. For me this is something I greatly important and something I'll be looking into more detail in the future.

This experience has been very important to Help Me Understand the work that takes place in a banking firm. Prior to this experience I had very little idea and was very vague about what this this kind of work involved. However now I feel in a better position to make decisions but also tell other people about the wonderful experience I had here.
