The Role
Loved it. Lots of responsibility and coaching. Spot on.
LOTS! ASDAs culture promotes this and every colleague was supportive.
Great. Brilliant ballence and being coached and thrown in at the deep end to learn.
Perfect. There's always oppertunity to take on more work, and the teams support each other if its too busy to help each other out.
