The Role
Rotational programme, got to to know all the different desks at Corporate & Investment banking.
Very approachable juniors and seniors. Had lot of fun and support in and out the office.
In the trading desks people are more busy due to intensive nature of their job but in general it was very good.
Due to summer season things are more quiet. However, we have to do desk work and internship tasks (weekly presentations) so handling both at the same time was challenging.
I was able to help with life projects however not much involvement due to compliance reasons.
My degree studies are quite focused in finance therefore I had a great exposure to things I have to do in a daily basis.
The Company
Huge diversity of nationalities and great working atmosphere. Everyone is very comprehensive and get involved with the interns as junior talent is growing a lot in the bank.
As it was a rotational programme it varied upon the desk. Some desks had a more structured schedule for the intern while others staffed upon demand.
A lot. At the moment the bank is going through a restructuring process in terms of workforce, trying to hire junior talent as much as possible so growing very fast and aiming at the future.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym

Very appealing.
The Culture
Yes
Lots of offers from a wide variety of places.
Refinery and Mestizo 20 metres away.
Not much going on during the summer time but definitely invited to all the events taking place.
